Matthew Jones v. Dirt Blossom Inc
Plaintiff alleges that Defendants not only made unauthorized changes to the Screenplay but that they began production and in fact concluded the principal cinematography of the motion picture without ever exercising the option to purchase Plaintiff’s copyrighted work and therefore egregiously and intentionally infringed Plaintiff’s copyright.
As a direct and proximate cause of Defendant’s breach of contract, Plaintiff has been and continues to suffer damages in an amount to be determined at trial, but which is in excess of $500,000.00
