Troma Entertainment, Inc. v. Richard Saperstein
On or about November 7, 2016, Troma, as seller, entered into an Option Purchase Agreement with Elysium Films, Inc., as purchaser, under which Elysium was granted an option to acquire the original ‘The Toxic Avenger’ movie. Troma filed this lawsuit, alleging that they are owed $120,000 from the option agreement.
