WORLDVIEW ENTERTAINMENT HOLDINGS INC ET AL v. Wild Bunch, S.A.
Wild Bunch handled select foreign distribution for 3 Worldview Entertainment movies in this case — ‘The Search’, ‘Jimmy P.’ and ‘Wish I Was Here’. This lawsuit was filed by Worldview after they claimed that Wild Bunch owed them $1,075,000 in distribution fees for ‘Wish I Was Here’, but had kept $293,081 of that amount — because Wild Bunch offset the losses incurred by ‘The Search’ and ‘Jimmy P.’.
