FREEDOM FILMS, LLC v. NU IMAGE, INC.

Freedom Films, LLC sued Nu Image, Inc. and M3 Media, Inc. for breach of contract, an accounting and fraud based on an agreement under which it contends that it was to receive a portion of gross proceeds from and other rights regarding a motion picture entitled “The Mechanic”.

Judgment: Freedom Films is entitled to recover its costs on appeal.
