Paramount Pictures Corporation v. Holden
This lawsuit from Paramount revolves around a contract dispute between the studio and William Holden. Paramount alleged that Holden was contractually bound to perform his services for their films, but Holden signed a contract to render services for the production of The Horse Soldiers for United Artists. Paramount seeks that Holden be enjoined from performing any services for the other defendants and that they be enjoined from employing him or advertising the fact that he will make a motion picture for them.
