Plaintiff is the widow and executrix of the late Glenn Miller, well-known orchestra leader and musician.  She seeks an accounting of profits for the successful soundtrack to the movie ‘The Glenn Miller Story’, which she did not authorize Universal to produce.

Judgment: Judgment for plaintiff as executrix to the extent indicated. Settle judgment, allowing for direction for accounting.
