Plaintiff alleged that Defendants’ character, Ted, from the motion picture entitled “Ted”, was copied from and infringes Plaintiff’s character, Charlie, an anthropomorphic teddy bear from a web series called “Charlie the Abusive Teddy Bear”.

Judgment: Plaintiff’s Complaint for Copyright Infringement, is hereby DISMISSED IN ITS ENTIRETY WITH PREJUDICE.
