Plaintiff alleged that Defendants infringed upon Plaintiff’s copyright by copying elements from Plaintiff’s Screenplay “Mixed Up” without any permission, in “Sucker Free City.”

Judgment: Pursuant to the Settlement Agreement, Plaintiff James Lee White hereby respectfully requests that the Court dismiss this entire action, with prejudice, against all of the named Defendants.
