Plaintiff Stoddard White Jr alleged that Defendants Bobby Farrelly and Peter Farrelly stole content from his screenplay “Winter Games” and used the infringing material in their motion pictures “Stuck On You”, “Me, Myself & Irene” and “There’s Something About Mary”.

[This is the only similarity in the complaint] Plaintiff’s Screenplay: There are two white male twins in the screenplay (Pgs.l67-169); Defendants’ Movie ‘Stuck on You:’ There are two white male twins in the movie.

Plaintiff seeks $750,000 in damages.

Judgment: Plaintiff’s claims are DISMISSED.
