Aronson v. Dog Eat Dog Films, Inc.

Ken Aronson commenced this action against Defendant asserting that the inclusion of a song and video in Michael Moore’s documentary film, Sicko, without Aronson’s authorization infringed his exclusive copyright to his video and song.

Judgment: Dismissed with Prejudice.  The Court AWARDS the Defendant attorneys’ fees in the sum of $31,430, costs in the sum of $697, and the statutory award of $10,000.
