Plaintiff owns a television network entitled “The Crime Channel.”  The young boy in the movie ‘Relative Fear’ watches a channel throughout the film called “The Crime Channel”.  Plaintiffs bring this action for trademark infringement, defamation and product disparagement.

Judgment: Defendant’s motion is GRANTED IN PART AND DENIED IN PART.
