Zambito v. Paramount Pictures Corp.

This is an action for copyright infringement. Plaintiff Zambito, an archaeologist-screenwriter, asserts that defendants’ movie, “Raiders of the Lost Ark”, infringes copyrightable material contained in his screenplay, “Black Rainbow”.

Judgment: Defendants’ motion for summary judgment is granted and plaintiff’s motion is denied. Defendants’ request for attorney’s fees is denied.  The complaint is hereby dismissed.
