Phoenix Films Proprietary Limited v. Amazon.com, Inc.
Plaintiff holds a valid and exclusive copyright to Bruce Lee: Path of the Dragon that is a subject of this action and that is evidenced by its copyright registration certificate.
Despite the copyright notice in the closing credits of the film and on the product packaging of authorized copies of the film, Defendant willfully reproduced (or caused to be reproduced) and distributed copies of Bruce Lee: Path of the Dragon without Defendant’s authorization.
Judgment: Voluntary Dismissal. The Parties have Settled the case.
