Plaintiff Hit Bound Music alleges that Defendants infringed its copyrights for the musical compositions “I’m Not Impressed,” “Giselle,” and “(It’s Not Exactly a Sonata) for Renata”, by using the Compositions in the musical soundtrack to the film My Old Lady without Plaintiff’s permission.

Judgment: Plaintiff’s claims against BBC are hereby DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
