Hudson v. UNIVERSAL STUDIOS, INC.

Plaintiff Gregory Hudson is the author of the plays “Bronx House” and “No Harm, No Foul”. Hudson claims to have delivered a copy of his “Bronx House” script to defendants during the spring of 1996.  Plaintiff claims that the motion picture “Life”, distributed by Imagine Films and Universal Studios, copied his work.

Judgment: Defendants’ motion for summary judgment is granted, and plaintiff’s complaint is dismissed in its entirety.
