Scott Westmoreland painted an original piece of artwork entitled “Starting Lineup.”  Westmoreland assigned his copyrights in “Starting Lineup” to Greg Young Publishing, including the right to enforce such copyrights against infringements.

“HOP” contains unauthorized reproductions of “Starting Lineup” in the animated scenes of the movie, where it is used as a poster on the bedroom wall of the main character of the movie.
