Parness v. ABRAMS GARFINKEL MARGOLIS BERGSON, LLP

Michael Parness and Full Glass Capital, LLC sued Michael J. Weiss and his law firm, Abrams Garfinkel Margolis Bergson, for fraud arising out of the financing of the film “Gospel Hill.”

Judgment: The judgment is reversed, and the matter remanded for further proceedings not inconsistent with this decision. Parness and Full Glass Capital are to recover their costs on appeal.
