MICHAEL GABOFF v. SONY PICTURES ENTERTAINMENT INC. ET AL
Plaintiff was hired as a stunt performer for the production of the movie ‘Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance’ and performed a stunt which left him injured, which he alleged Sony did not take the appropriate safety measures during the stunt. Plaintiff Gaboff sustained injuries from the stunt, which had plaintiff set on fire, while riding a motorcycle that jumped over a body of water.
Judgment: Summary Judgement is awarded to the Defendants.
