Amadasun v. DREAMWORKS, LLC

This case arises out of an alleged copyright infringement and theft of plaintiff Patrick Amadasun’s screenplay “Evolution,” which he claims was unlawfully used in the DreamWorks motion picture Evolution.

Judgment: In favor of Defendants. The court grants Attorneys’ Fees and Expenses to Defendants.
