Plaintiff Phoenix is in the business of producing and distributing films, including the film The Intercepting Fist. This documentary film is a premium product and a one of a kind work, featuring behind the scenes and rare footage of Mr. Lee. Phoenix produced The Intercepting Fist in cooperation with and under license from the Estate of Bruce Lee.
Defendants willfully reproduced (or caused to be reproduced) and distributed copies of The Intercepting Fist without Phoenix’s authorization.
Judgment: Voluntary Dismissal. The Parties have Settled the case.
