Ibraheem Abbas v. Vertical Entertainment, LLC.

Ibraheem Abbas alleges that he is the owner and creator of “Bilal: A New Breed of Hero”. Abbas sued the alleged infringers and other entities that purportedly participated in Bilal’s release.

Judgment: The complaint is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.  Abbas’s Counsel is ordered to pay the attorney’s fees and costs that Barajoun and Jamal incurred.
