Defendant Wallace was to provide services as a still photographer on the set of And Then Came Lola as a “work for hire,” with the Plaintiff allegedly owning the rights to the photographs. Plaintiff asserts that Wallace only delivered some of the photos and tried to negotiate new licensing terms and fees for the other work.
