New Line claims that defendant Russ Berrie & Company’s sale, of the “Ghostly Gasher,” a toy glove with protruding knife-like plastic blades, infringed and diluted New Line’s intellectual property rights originating from the “Nightmare on Elm Street” series of motion pictures, specifically a glove worn by Freddy Krueger, the film’s main character.

Judgment: New Line is awarded $4,108.
