Roley v. New World Pictures, Ltd.

Some time before 1972, Plaintiff Roley wrote a screenplay originally entitled “A Little Visit Home.” He renamed the screenplay “Sleep Tight Little Sister.”  Roley claimed that the movie “Sister, Sister” was a production of his screenplay “Sleep Tight Little Sister” which violated his copyright.

Judgment: Plaintiff’s claims are dismissed.
